Hurrican

A classic New Orleans staple, the Hurricane combines dark and light rum with sweet passion fruit syrup and fresh lime juice. Shaken with ice, it’s a bold, punchy tropical drink with a bright balance of sweet and sour.

Ingredients
  

  • 4cl / 1.5 oz dark Rum
  • 4cl / 1.5 oz white Rum
  • 4cl / 1.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 4cl / 1.5 oz Lime juice

Instructions
 

  1. Add the light and dark rums, lime juice and passion fruit syrupinto a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a large Hurricane or Highball glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange half-wheel or a cherry.
